Before signing up, choose how you want to start your business. You can start with just the travel agent business, or you can start with both the travel agent business and the optional sponsor business.
The sign-up process is different depending on which option you choose, so make sure you follow the instructions for the path you want to take.
Choose How You Want to Get Started
Option 1: Become a Travel Agent
Choose this option if you want to book travel for clients and earn commissions from eligible completed bookings.
You can start with just the travel agent business now and add the optional sponsor business later if you decide you want to build a team.
One-Time Sign-Up Cost: $179.95
Monthly Cost: $39.95
Your monthly travel agent fee includes your travel agent website, insurance, access to IATA and CLIA credentials through the host agency, preferred booking partners, booking platforms, training, and other resources to help you operate your travel business.
How to Sign Up as a Travel Agent Only
- Click the Sign Up as a Travel Agent button.
- Select “Enroll Now” in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to “The Travel Business” under “About Us.”
- Select “Purchase Now,” and then select “Purchase Now” again.
- Complete the enrollment process and create your account.
- Once you are inside your Virtual Office, scroll down and select the orange button that says “PURCHASE YOUR ITA NOW.”
- Complete your travel agent enrollment.
Once you have completed these steps, continue to the What to Do After You Sign Up section below.
Option 2: Become a Travel Agent + Sponsor
Choose this option if you want to book travel for clients and build a team of travel agents from the beginning.
The sponsor business is optional and is a separate business from the travel agent business.
Through the sponsor business, you can earn income by building an organization of travel agents. There are multiple ways to earn income as your organization grows, including commissions, bonuses, rank payments, matrix pay, and other compensation opportunities.
Once you reach the Gold Builder rank with nine people on your team, you can also earn a 10% commission override on eligible travel commissions generated by agents within your organization.
Important: If you want to start with both businesses, you must enroll in the sponsor business first and then add the travel agent business.

Monthly Cost: $19.99
After enrolling in the sponsor business, you will add the travel agent business.

One-Time Sign-Up Cost: $179.95
Monthly Cost: $39.95
How to Sign Up as a Travel Agent + Sponsor
Step 1: Sign Up for the Sponsor Business
- Click the Sign Up as a Travel Agent + Sponsor button.
- Scroll to “Your Business” and select “Learn More.”
- Select “Enroll Now.”
- Select “Enroll Now” again.
- Select “Enroll Now” one final time.
- Complete your sponsor enrollment.
You do not need to purchase the app.
Once you have completed your sponsor enrollment, you are ready to add the travel agent business.
Step 2: Add the Travel Agent Business
- Sign in to your Virtual Office here.
- Scroll down and select the orange button that says “PURCHASE YOUR ITA NOW.”
- Complete your travel agent enrollment.
The travel agent business is $179.95 to sign up and $39.95 per month after your first 30 days.
What to Do After You Sign Up
Once you have completed your enrollment, fill out the short onboarding form below to let me know that you have officially joined!
The form will ask for your name, the email address you used when signing up, your enrollment date, and whether you joined as an Independent Travel Agent only or as both a Sponsor and Independent Travel Agent.
Once I receive your information, I will send you your full welcome packet with your next steps, help you get connected to our team communities and training resources, and provide you with my personal contact information so we can stay in touch as you begin building your travel business.
