The sign-up process is different depending on which option you choose, so make sure you follow the instructions for the path you want to take.
Choose How You Want to Get Started
Option 1: Become an Independent Travel Advisor
Choose this option if you want to book travel for clients and earn commissions from eligible completed bookings.
You can start with just the Independent Travel Advisor business now and add the optional sponsor business later if you decide you want to build a team.
One-Time Sign-Up Cost: $179.95
Monthly Cost: $39.95
Your Independent Travel Advisor business includes access to the tools, training, resources, and booking systems provided through the travel business. Review the official enrollment information during sign-up for the most current details about what is included.
How to Sign Up as an Independent Travel Advisor Only
- Click the “Sign Up as an Independent Travel Advisor” button below.
- Under “Your Product” click “Learn More.”
- Scroll down and click “Purchase Now.”
- Select “Purchase Now” again.
- Complete the enrollment process and create your account.
- Once you are inside your Virtual Office, scroll down and select the orange button that says “PURCHASE YOUR ITA NOW.”
- Complete your Independent Travel Advisor enrollment.
Once you have completed these steps, continue to the What to Do After You Sign Up section below.
Option 2: Become an Independent Travel Advisor + Sponsor
Choose this option if you want to start your Independent Travel Advisor business and also participate in the optional sponsor business. The sponsor business involves building a team of Independent Travel Advisors and is separate from, and not required to operate, your Independent Travel Advisor business.
Before enrolling in the sponsor business, review the official Compensation Plan and Income Disclosure Statement provided during the enrollment process.
** Important: If you want to start with both businesses, you must enroll in the sponsor business first and then add the independent travel advisor business.

One-Time Sign-Up Cost: $19.99
Monthly Cost: $19.99
After enrolling in the sponsor business, you will add the travel business.
Independent Travel Advisor Business Cost
One-Time Sign-Up Cost: $179.95
Monthly Cost: $39.95
How to Sign Up as an Independent Travel Advisor + Sponsor
Step 1: Sign Up for the Sponsor Business
- Click the Sign Up as an Independent Travel Advisor + Sponsor button below.
- Scroll to “Your Business” and select “Learn More.”
- Select “Enroll Now.”
- Select “Enroll Now” again. You do not need the mobile app.
- Complete your sponsor enrollment.
Once you have completed your sponsor enrollment, you are ready to add the Independent Travel Advisor business.
Step 2: Add the Independent Travel Advisor Business
- Sign in to your Virtual Office here.
- Scroll down and select the orange button that says “PURCHASE YOUR ITA NOW.”
- Complete your Independent Travel Advisor enrollment.
The Independent Travel Advisor business is $179.95 to sign up and $39.95 per month after your first 30 days.
