I spent hours on other websites designing my own custom business card. Designing, redesigning, deleting, and starting from scratch. This wasn’t the case though with Basic Invite. Once you go to Basic Invite and go under the Stationery section you will see the business card option. Here you can scroll through their entire selection of modern business cards. This was the hardest part for me to be honest. They were all so beautiful. So many themes, templates, ideas, and different customization options such as font, colors, foil, and even type of paper. I decided to go with the Classic Photo Landscape Business Card. Personally, I wanted a business card that will show one of my favorite photos. I didn’t want to cramp too many pictures into one business card but instead have a simple yet captivating photographer business card that will show a little bit about who I am, my business, and my style of work. This is completely a personal decision so you can choose the business card that best fits you and your business. Best of all, the pricing is unremarkable. You can get 75 high quality business cards for as low as 0.17 cents each.

DESIGNING YOUR BUSINESS CARD
Designing your business card can be either fun or frustrating. To me it’s fun. I like to design things online constantly, Pinterest graphics, Instagram Story graphics, graphics for my shop, you name it. But business cards was frustrating with some websites. They wouldn’t work right for me. The website was slow, or the card didn’t look right, I couldn’t find the right color, or worse of all, I had a limited options on fonts. I mean who wants to use Times New Romans on all of their items?!
When I started designing my business card with Basic Invite I made sure to have my browser updated and everything worked smoothly. No lagging, limitations, you name it. Basic Invite provides you with tons of options to customize your photographer business card.
Almost Unlimited Colors – Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. Once you select a design you can change the color of each element on the card to over 180 different color options so you can make sure the card is exactly how you want it down to the littlest detail. This is what we feel sets us apart from almost any other online stationery company and is what we feel is our biggest draw.
Foil – Foil cards are available in gold, silver, and rose gold. Customers can choose flat or raised foil on all of Basic Invite‘s foil designs.
Paper – Each business card that Basic Invite has on their website has the option for you to choose which style paper you would like. They have seven different options from what I saw on some of the designs. Everything from signature matte to premium shimmer and even luxe velvet.

Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their actual product so they can see exactly how it will print as well as the paper quality before they ever have to place their final order.
ORDERING YOUR BUSINESS CARD
Once you have created your business card I highly recommend saving it under your account for future orders. This way if you order a sample you can always come back and make changes to it. I have two business cards saved under my account. Similar look, different front photo and one is landscape while the other one is vertical. I am happy I went with the landscape ones though. They came out very cute and the words don’t look as cramped. I do have a long business name and email address so the landscape style worked best for my business.
